The structure of our team is partially how we can remain nimble and affordable. Every client needs people to help them with strategy and account/project management, thus those are the only professionals we hire as full-time Duckers. Every other member of the Duck Pond – media, creative, production, content, research, etc. – are 1099 professionals we have long-term relationships with.
